At Harrison Watches, every timepiece is crafted with care. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.

How long does delivery take?

Each watch is inspected and prepared within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States takes 5–10 business days.

Do I pay for shipping?

No—shipping within the United States is always complimentary. It’s my way of thanking you for choosing Harrison Watches.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once your watch leaves the workshop, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

What if I change my mind?

You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@harrison-watches.com to begin the return process.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How should I care for my watch?

Clean it gently with a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals or long exposure to water, and store it in its box when not in use. With the right care, your Harrison Watch will last for decades.

Can I request a custom design?

Occasionally, yes. For special inquiries, please email info@harrison-watches.com to discuss what may be possible.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Once it has been processed or shipped, adjustments may no longer be possible.
