Our 30 day money back guarantee covers any defects in the craftsmanship or materials of your watch. If there's an issue with how it's made, we’ll repair or replace it. It doesn’t cover damage from accidents, misuse, or everyday wear.
Is there still a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee after the store is closed?
Every watch comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund— no questions asked.
Our physical store has now closed, but the webshop will remain open as long as stock lasts. The 30 day money back guarantee remains valid at all times, regardless of whether the store is open or not.
